EG’s technology division, EGX, has acquired a 50% stake in Reveal, a New Zealand property technology company that builds 3D maps of the underground to create reliable models of subsurface data.

The platform has expanded rapidly into the largest, most accurate, and complete subsurface digital twin in the world, attracting global partnership opportunities and award nominations for innovation.

EG Private Wealth is now extending the opportunity for high-net-worth clients to invest in Reveal through a pre-series A capital raise.

EGX is increasing its commitment to the investment by $2M from its original investment of $5.5M, offering an opportunity to consider investing alongside them on the same terms.
