Wholesale Investor is pleased to announce that Paul Rayson has been appointed to the WI Capital team as an Advisor and Investment Committee member.

Paul has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years and has extensive experience in investment markets, technology, banking, risk management and insurance. Paul is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Hearts and Minds Investments Ltd, an ASX listed investment company. Paul is the former Managing Director of Commonwealth Securities Ltd (CommSec) and Australian Investment Exchange Ltd (Ausiex) and prior to that the Managing Director of Colonial Mutual Life Assurance Society Ltd. Paul has also held senior CFO and governance roles across large financial services businesses. Prior to financial servic

es, Paul held senior roles in Consulting and Chartered Accounting firms specialising in corporate advisory and strategy.

Paul holds a commerce degree and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
