My Property Solutions Sydney is proud to announce a new partnership with ‘Mind Cafe’ in addition to a commencement of key negotiations focusing on growing our presence in the short to medium term rental market. As part of our new and encompassing expansion endeavour the Mind Café will be the first disability inclusive space of its kind , supported by strong connections to both Aqualis and the FDCW based in the UK. Alongside food and drink the space will be utilised for frequent workshops and themed towards community service targeting those in need.

This long-term partnership results from the mandated MPSS framework to widen public image as well as provide an important avenue to cultivate community interaction, a continuous driver for the company. Additionally, as a trademarked company Mind cafe shows further potential to expand alongside MPSS, seeking future accommodation in Darwin and the ACT.

Alongside the Mind Cafe the other aforementioned negotiations will further bring about additional income options for our landlords from short, medium and long-term tenancies. These opportunities are projected to exceed those available in the regular residential rental market and are set to be finalised in the final quarter of 2021.
