Capital raising for the CVC Add+Venture Fund is progressing well and based on applications already received we are on track for a first close of $10m this month (August).

We continue to assess great quality deal flow including a medical compliance and safety technology company with existing revenues, a platform for rapid web and app development, multiple cybersecurity opportunities, as well as a disruptive online B2C marketplace. The Add+Venture team is looking forward to closing the capital raise and turning our deal flow into investments in the Fund.
