The Apollo Capital Fund is to become the premier Australian crypto fund with institutional level oversight. We are quickly approaching launch date and the Information Memorandum is set to be distributed in the coming weeks. Thank you to all that have registered their interest!
All key relationships have been secured, including administrator Unity Fund Services, auditor RSM, legal counsel KHQ, tax advisors Pitcher Partners, registrar One Investment Group and data security experts SecureWorx.
The team has expanded further with the addition of Michael Parnell to the investment committee. Michael comes with a long history of successful crypto investing. Liam Aharon will also join the investment team. Liam has a very strong technical background and will strengthen our statistical arbitrage capabilities.
