OpenDNA Inks Master Services Agreement With Expert System

OpenDNA recently entered into a master services agreement that will allow the marketing team of Expert System all over the world to make use of the former’s Artificial Intelligence System (AIS) technology.
The AIS system of OpenDNA is expected to help Expert System per-sonalise its processes for lead generation marketing and customer ex-perience resulting to a marketing-driven revenue, higher conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Expert System provides global enterprises with cognitive computing technologies for media and publishing, insurance, banking, government, energy and life sciences. Among its major customers are Chevron, ;, Bloomberg BNA, Eli Lilly, Shell, Zurich Insurance Group, Thomson Reu-ters and the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Department of Justice.
Under the agreement, OpenDNA’s artificial intelligence technology will be integrated into the business processes of Expert System. The com-panies will then establish a joint trial scope, metrics and business cases, KPIs and use cases for the customer-facing operations of Expert Sys-tem.
