Bulletproof Group Appoints New Company Secretary & COO Update

Bulletproof Group Limited (ASX:BPF) (Bulletproof) wishes to advise that Company Secretary, Ms. Kylie Turner, will be stepping down from her role effective 2 June 2017. Ms. Paula Kensington, appointed Bulletproof CFO on 1 May 2017 (refer ASX release 21 April 2017 for background) and Mr. Damien Connor have been appointed as joint company secretaries to replace Ms. Turner.

Mr. Connor is an experienced ASX listed company secretary acting in this capacity for Sundance Energy Australia Limited, Archer Exploration Limited and UraniamSA Limited. He is a Chartered Accountant, Graduate of AICD and a member of Governance Institute of Australia. Previous employers include Heathgate Resources and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

The board, management and staff at Bulletproof wish Ms. Turner all the very best in her employment and other ventures moving forward.

The company also wishes to advise that following the resignation of Mr. Mark Rainbird as the company’s COO in March 2017, a search for a suitably qualified replacement has commenced, targeting a start date for a successful candidate in the early part of FY18.
