Longyard Capital’s project, Majestic Development Corporation Pty Ltd, is the development arm of highly regarded developer Bob Andersen and is involved in the development and management of quality retirement products.

After developing an Over 50s Lifestyle Resort on the Greg Norman-designed Longyard Golf Course, the developers, led by property development identity Bob Andersen, have released news about their building program.

Whereas new home builds usually take 9-12 months, Andersen has the capacity to build and deliver a top-quality home in just ten weeks. That consists of six weeks in the factory in a controlled environment plus four weeks on-site finishing off.

In addition, they can produce four houses at a time from their new factory in Tamworth currently being fitted out.

With Australia’s top research, advisory, and marketing company for this type of product, One Fell Swoop, driving the sales campaign, Andersen has generated several sales ahead of Stage one civil construction that has just commenced. New houses will be built in the first quarter of the new year. “We are so pleased that we have been able to support local industry, builders, suppliers, and tradespeople in delivering the quality housing component to Majestic Tamworth,” Andersen commented.
