  • We currently have upwards of 130 investors registered on the portal.

Wow, what an exciting year it’s been for Zagga! After many months and countless hours of hard work and persistence, we officially opened our doors on 28 June 2017.

Looking back at our progress and achievements to date, it’s hard to believe that it’s only been six months since we went live. But there is no resting on our laurels and the Zagga team, both here in Australia and across the Tasman, have big plans for 2018. These include enhancements to the platform, a website refresh, launching a number of white label opportunities for our proprietary platform and building the recently-launched Zagga Alternative Growth (ZAG) Fund.

We are very excited by the ZAG Fund – a managed investment scheme – as we believe it provides an opportunity for Wholesale Clients to have an investment exposure to loans secured by mortgages over real property located across Australia, all originated via our platform. With an issue price of $1 per unit under the Offer and a minimum investment amount of $50,000, the Fund, which targets a net return of 6.5% per annum*, offers self-directed investors, including many time-poor SMSFs, a secured investment alternative in a well-balanced investment portfolio.

We are truly humbled by the support we have received from our investors, introducers, partners, peers and borrowers. We are pumped for next year and look forward to sharing more exciting Zagga news with you in 2018.
