Wimp 2 Warrior is pleased to announce the company is on track for FY19 revenue to exceed $3M and potentially reach as high as $4M. This compares very favourably with FY17 $380K and FY18 $1.3M with CAGR tracking in a range of 180% to 220%.

With over 50 gyms licensed across an established 8 country footprint, Wimp 2 Warrior has a large and well-qualified wait list for new gym licenses. The company has also successfully opened their US Head Office (San Francisco) last December with the appointment experienced sports media executive, Scott Viscomi, as the inaugural President of North America for Wimp 2 Warrior.

Wimp 2 Warriot is primed to leverage its market-leading position in martial arts and combat sports training to fast track North American growth where the consumer market is predicted to grow from $4.6B to $6B by 2023. Wimp 2 Warrior is also progressing well towards the delivery of exciting digital assets during the second half of the year which has significant revenue upside.

Wimp 2 Warrior continue to progress rapidly towards its mission to become a unifying consumer brand for training and participation in combat sports globally.  The gym assets in this sector are ripe for technology-led disruption and aggregation from a trusted consumer brand.  Having secured licenses with the most elite gym owners and coaches in combat sports, Wimp 2 Warrior is primed to capitalise on this opportunity.

Series A is 75% filled ($500K capacity remains from the $2M sought).

Property answers to rates. Private credit answers to defaults. Even the […]
