Fortis Mining Limited (FMJ) wishes to provide an update to the market following announcements on 28 September 2011 and the results of the AGM announced on 11November 2012.
On 24 August 2011, FMJ and Tian Zhi International Investment Ltd (Tian Zhi), a company associated with Mr. Chen Kin Ming, entered into a placement agreement (Agreement ) under which FMJ would issue 10,000,000 ordinary shares (Shares) in the capital of FMJ to Tian Zhi at an issue price of $1 per share (Subscription).
