Share Purchase Plan Update and Closing Date Reminder

Entellect Limited (the Company or Entellect) advises that the Company’s offer of shares under its Share Purchase Plan is due to close today at 5.00pm (Melbourne time). The Company is also pleased to advise that it has raised a total of $358,570 under the partially underwritten Share Purchase Plan to date.
Entellect takes this opportunity to remind eligible shareholders who wish to participate in the Share Purchase Plan and who have not already done so (particularly those who wish to augment their existing holdings to marketable parcels) to sub.
