Settlement of Litigation (“Sprint”) (ASX Code: SPS) is pleased to advise that it has successfully renegotiated the terms outstanding legal claims. The value of these has been reduced by over A$1 million, thereby significantly improving the financial position and outlook of the Company. Below is a summary of the agreements reached to settle the claims.
