Oz Medicann Group (OMG) launches new website highlighting the drive for social responsibility

Oz Medicann Group (OMG) Pty Ltd is announcing the launch of its newly revamped website. The new website has integrated all aspects of OMG offering an overview of the business whilst providing details regarding the companies’ entities. Following a restructuring in February 2018, three entities were created under the head company OMG being:

• Oz Medicann Pharma P/L
• Educann P/L
• Hemp OZ P/L

More information regarding the function and focus of each entity can be found on the website. The website also highlights OMG’s drive for social responsibility. The motto “patients before profits” emphasises our compassion towards each and every one of our clients. OMG is determined to support the needs of others through social contributions and institutional partnership and believes we have a responsibility to do so.

In early 2018 OMG launched its social responsibility strategy with United in Compassion Charity (UIC). UIC was established by Lucy Haslam (the Mother of Daniel Haslam) with a primary mission to advocate for better patient access to full spectrum medicinal cannabis extract. UIC’s mission showed significant alignment with the mission of OMG and, as such, OMG are delighted to support the work that UIC does. OMG’s support is in the form of financial donations and is proud to say that 5 cents from every sale of every Hemp beverage is donated to UIC.

OMG’s holistic approach to medicinal cannabis means that it is a collaborative business with a focus in designing new and innovative solutions to meet the needs of the industry and its patients. To achieve this, Oz Medicann Group has secured partnerships with leading universities, research institutes, educational institutions, cultivators, manufacturers and distributors.
