A binding services Agreement has been made between OpenDNA and Boardroom.Media. The integration will allow them to create psychographic insights for Boardroom on the individual readers.

The good news for the individual readers is that they will relish highly personalized content that conforms perfectly to their interests. The OpenDNA’s technology will also offer Boardroom the opportunity to access content sourced from the external sources.

According to the agreement, OpenDNA is to fix the monthly user-based content sourcing fee and license fee for a duration of one year. In the event of any uplift in the revenue created as a result of advertising within Boardroom’s website, OpenDNA will share 25%.

Moreover, the partnership between the two parties is predicted to increase their revenue since it is intended to unlock the synergies by merging data, relevant content and publishing. Boardroom is expected to luxuriate in the access to a high-end audience through its public relations services and integrated investor.

Jay Shah, the Managing Director and CEO of OpenDNA stated, “Boardroom.Media provides a wealth of content to its readers and subscribers through various forums, including ‘Talking Stock’ and ‘Swings & Roundabouts’ series. In turn, will generate higher retention of readers.”

Boardroom Media’s CEO, Will Canty, stated, “At Boardroom.Media, we live to tell stories that connect audiences with the ideas that are shaping tomorrow.
