Newground Capital Partners is pleased to announce the financial close of a mezzanine debt facility for a residential apartment development in Canberra.

Newground secured the senior lender in addition to its funding to assist the developer in the construction of 78 apartments with a healthy level of pre-sales in place.

“This is an example where Newground was prepared to take some market risk on a quality project which is well located, thoughtfully designed and attractive to a range of buyers.”

– Stephen Hall, Newground Capital Partners

The listing fee vendors pay whether the house sells or not

Australia’s property portals collect more than $2 billion a year while national listings sit flat. An Australian-built AI platform is targeting the economics, not just the interface.
