- During FY17 Newground provided partnership capital to approx. $138m in projects on Australia’s East Coast;
- Deal pipeline has significantly increased to $650m+ due to expanded deal origination network;
- Expanded execution capability to include Melbourne with the recent appointment of new investment team in addition to the offices in Sydney & Brisbane;
- Appointment of ex ANZ Senior Executive Mr Stephen Hall to the board as Executive Director, Head of Credit;
- Through our active presence in Hong Kong and Singapore, we continued to increase mandates with Asia based family office & institutional investors to deploy capital in the Australian CRE debt market.
