Matsa Resources (ASX: MAT) agrees to sale of the Killaloe Project to Liontown Resources Limited

Matsa Resources Limited recently executed an agreement for the sale of the Killaloe Project to Liontown Resources Limited. As a result, Matsa will receive up to 20 million Liontown paid ordinary shares and a 1% royalty on minerals recovered.

Liontown must complete its legal due diligence within 2 weeks for the transaction to be settled properly. There also must be consent and approvals from the Minister, which are necessary for the transfer of tenements.

With the sale of the Killaloe Project to Liontown, Matsa has more freedom to focus on its landholding within the Lake Carey project. In addition, Matsa will retain exposure to Killaloe via its shareholding in Liontown.
