London DE increased turnover by more than 50% and is seeking £1mn GBP from equity release and a further £1mn GBP from loan notes (£500K of which has already been funded)

Key Takeaways:

  • We have added 3 new members to our management team
  • We have expanded our inventory of coloured gemstones
  • Our new sales offices have opened in the centre of Hatton Garden, London’s gemstone dealing district
  • We are ready for 2020 and new fundraising!

This year has been our best yet! Having grown our operation, raised funds and dramatically increased sales revenue, we are now seeking further funding in 2020 to take us to the next level.

Our aim is to complete our funding as a private company in 2020, grow organically and then list on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) in 2023/24. In order to achieve this we are seeking £1mn GBP from equity release and a further £1mn GBP from loan notes (£500K of which has already been funded).

This presents investors with a great choice of either a monthly coupon (10-15% PA) over a flexible term or a capital growth opportunity, with an exit strategy within 3-4 years.

We are delighted to confirm we will be attended Emergence 2020 in Sydney in February and we look forward to meeting as many people as possible on our stand.

The asset class where the market has no vote

Litigation funding returns are decided in a courtroom, not a cycle. Knightsbridge’s Head of Capital is careful to call that a different risk rather than a lower one, and his answer to it is spread, not concentration. Most alternative assets still answer to something. Property answers to rates. Private credit answers to defaults. Even the […]

The listing fee vendors pay whether the house sells or not

Australia’s property portals collect more than $2 billion a year while national listings sit flat. An Australian-built AI platform is targeting the economics, not just the interface. An Australian vendor listing a home pays a vendor-paid advertising fee on top of agency commission. Rama Dwarapudi, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RealSearch, puts a typical […]
