Leaf Resources Completes $2.5m Capital Raise

Leaf Resources are proud to announce that the Company has raised $2.5 million through their capital raise plan. The settlement of the placement is due on Wednesday February 1st
2017.

The Capital Raise was undertaken by shares sold at heavily discounted rates of 6.4% with the last shares at a closing price of $0.155 per share. Placement participants have also received one unlisted option for every two shares subscribed for at $0.20 and expire March 15th, 2018.

Leaf Resources have planned to use this capital raise to further advance the commercialisation of the Glycell™ process- with the hope for potential projects in Malaysia and the U.S with its joint venture accompanied by Claeris, LLC.

Ken Richards, the Managing Director of Leaf, said:

“Leaf Resources made significant progress last year in the commercialisation of its
proprietary Glycell TM process…We are expecting significant progress on our potential projects in the first half of calendar 2017 and the funds raised will allow us to meet the engineering and certification expenses of the next stage of our path to commercialisation.”
