Overview

Partyguru is reinventing how private and corporate events are planned and booked starting from Italy and then throughout Europe and with this model we are ready to expand throughout the world . The 180B+ market (TAM) is still highly fragmented, with users forced to coordinate multiple suppliers and advance all costs, while digital penetration remains low.

Our platform is the all-in-one marketplace for events, offering ready-to-buy packages (venue, catering, entertainment, décor) with an integrated shared payment system (“KUNE”, SIAE registered). This makes events faster, easier, and stress-free – from birthdays to corporate meetings.

We have already validated our model with:

  • 450+ suppliers onboarded and 3,200 packages (>10,000 combinations)
  • 101 paying transactions completed (avg. ticket €780)
  • 35k unique users, 5.1k profiled, with 2% conversion rate

Our business model combines B2C commissions on package sales with B2B recurring revenues from supplier subscriptions and upsell services (gift registry, premium visibility, AI tools). This is just the first part of the business model, which will eventually expand to the entire chain of private and corporate events with the "Gifts" project for all gifts and merchandise related to the events themselves. The "Brand Sponsorship" component will be very important and attractive, with major players in a wide variety of sectors (from food and beverage to entertainment) targeting our customer base. All of this will increase revenues well beyond what we quantify in this business plan.

The team combines transversal expertise across marketing, finance, technology, and legal. It includes founders with 9+ years of experience scaling Europe’s largest event marketplace (matrimonio.com, acquired by WeddingWire/The Knot), a former Google Team Leader (7 years) driving our marketing and growth strategy, seasoned CFOs with corporate finance and startup fundraising experience, and a CTO involved since the project’s inception, ensuring continuous product innovation and scalability. The legal department is led by an international lawyer specialized in corporate and digital law.

Our advisors hold senior and executive positions in leading international corporations across Energy, Technology, and Food & Beverage, bringing sectoral insights and corporate growth experience. 

Partyguru is currently raising €3M (SAFE, €10M cap, 20% discount) to expand across Italy, France, Spain, and the UK. The round provides a 48-month runway with break-even expected around month 38–40, ahead of a planned Series A (€10–12M) in 24 months.

Our vision is to become Europe’s leading integrated marketplace for private and corporate events, making celebrations accessible, seamless, and unforgettable . reaching 60k+ transactions (B2C) and 8,000+ B2B paying suppliers by 2029 and and then rapidly scale up by replicating our model on a global scale
