The World of Concrete is the largest show of its type in the world consisting of over 1500 exhibitors and 60,000 attendees.

The Edge Powercutter is a revolutionary saw like no other. Patented technology allows this saw to extract all exhaust fumes & virtually all silica dust and slurry during cutting. No other saw can do this. This means cutting can be undertaken more safely, and in places other petrol-powered saws cannot operate.

Around the world, silica dust standards are being toughened in response to silicosis and lung cancer attributed to breathing in respirable silica during concrete cutting activities.

In the US, the industry standards were made 5 times tougher when new allowable limits were introduced in September 2017. Since this time the industry has been scrambling to improve existing tools to meet the new standards.

The Edge Powercutter has been shown, in independent testing, to produce silica dust levels so low they are below measurable limits. These readings are the lowest we have ever seen and give the Edge Powercutter a powerful competitive advantage in the market.

In Australia there have been over 30 silicosis cases confirmed in the past few months in the stone cutting industry.
