FOLKESTONE MAXIM A-REIT SECURITIES FUND RATING UPGRADED BY SQM RESEARCH
Folkestone Maxim Asset Management is pleased to announce that the Folkestone Maxim A-REIT Securities Fund has had its rating upgraded from 4-Star to 4.25 Stars by SQM Research.
“In addition to the team transitioning to the new operating structure, the Fund continued to record strong one-year returns following the review in June 2015, on a standalone basis but also relative to the peer group, at a time when volatility was elevated in the market place.” said SQM Research.
The Folkestone Maxim A-REIT Securities Fund has returned strongly over both the short and long term, delivering significant outperformance.
