  • MOU executed with leading global insurer, MunichRE:
    • includes pilot programs for SECUREboat in the UK and US focusing on improving the customers experience, the claim validation process and enhancing technical pricing;
    • clear path to a long term contractual agreement;
    • option for an equity investment to secure exclusivity in the global insurance sector;
    • Opportunity to access additional market segments.
  • OEM arrangements with UK and US boat builders:
    • Five high end luxury boat builders installing and testing SECUREboat;
    • Target for the product becoming a standard install acrossexisting customer database. the annual 10,000+ new boats built with retro-fit rollout across the 100,000+
  • Automotive dealership rollout commenced:
    • Completed first SECUREdrive retail unit sales;
    • SECUREfleet installation underway with dealerships in Western Australia.
