Entellect Announces Share Purchase Plan

Entellect Limited (Entellect or the Company) is pleased to announce an offer under a share purchase plan (Share Purchase Plan or Plan) to eligible shareholders of the Company, being those who are registered holders of fully paid ordinary shares in the Company as at 7.00pm AEDT on Monday 19 November 2012, and whose address in the Company’s register is situated in Australia, New Zealand and certain permitted foreign jurisdictions.
Eligible shareholders will have the opportunity under the Share Purchase Plan to subscribe for up to $15,000 worth of shares, at an offer price of $0.002 per share, without incurring brokerage or transaction costs.
