DroneShield announces appointment of CFO, Carla Balanco

DroneShield Ltd (ASX:DRO) (“DroneShield” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Carla Balanco has been appointed as its Chief Financial Officer.
Ms. Balanco has been employed by the Company as its Financial Controller since mid 2018. In this role, she managed DroneShield’s finance function, assisted with compliance with the Company’s ASX reporting requirements, and oversaw the scaling of the Company’s financial management systems. Ms. Balanco has also been actively involved in the Company’s capital markets transactions, as DroneShield continued its growth.
DroneShield’s chairman Peter James commented, “The Company’s Board welcomes Carla for her well-deserved promotion into the senior leadership of the business, working alongside of our CEO Oleg Vornik, Chief Technology Officer Angus Bean and Chief Operating Officer James Gatley.
