Cirrus Materials Science to close capital round on Friday 27 September

Cirrus Materials Science announces the close of our Pre-Series A capital round for 5 pm on Friday, Sept 27th 2019. We have been delighted with the level of interest so far. During the round, Cirrus has hosted investors from New Zealand and around the world at our Auckland Lab, and provided detailed information via a Virtual Data Room and Meet the CEO investor sessions. We will continue to meet with interested parties on request until 25 September.

The Board of Directors has pre-approved over-subscriptions up to an additional 75,000 shares or $300,000. Key Details are included below and due diligence materials and warranties are available on request.
