Briars Funds Management Pty Limited announces agreement on $20m Wholesale Funding line, with the initial $5m tranche to be released in August 2020.

This will enable Briars to grow their signature product nationally & help established homeowners release equity in their homes.

The Briars Private Mortgage Fund was established to provide investors with above average, stable returns by investing in a pool of 1st and 2nd mortgages secured against established metropolitan residential real estate and personal guarantees.
