  • Both companies provide software solutions to farmers, and together they will provide farmers with access to software that assists them through the whole cropping cycle.
  • BlockGrain believes they can make a positive contribution to Back Paddock’s existing client base.

BlockGrain has formally announced their partnership with Back Paddock. This partnership aims to provide farmers and their consultants with a more extensive suite of software products. Back Paddock is a developer of Agronomic Decision-Support and Farm Production-Planning solutions. Their experience and foundation is in building software solutions and tools that assist agronomists and farmers when conducting business. BlockGrain allows for farmers to track their crop from their paddock all the way to their end consumer, with the addition of providing invoicing and monitoring tools for their inventory.

Through this strategic partnership, clients and farmers will have access to software that supports them from their pre-cropping stage through to the post cropping stage. Overall offering a logistical and managerial side to the process.

This joint effort will promote BlockGrains suite of mobile applications to Back Paddock’s platform of 30,000 users. By bringing the two platforms together, this will provide Australian farmers with the opportunity to manage the complete cropping cycle, as well as provide farmers and consultants with exceptionally detailed data about margins, productivity, pricing and yield.
