The directors of Oil Basins Limited (ASX codes OBL, OBLOA, OBLOB or the Company) wish to make the following ASX Announcement in the interest of keeping the market fully informed on the recent completed technical assessment of the Backreef Area (OBL 100% net beneficial rights).
This ASX Release has been approved for release by RPS Energy Services Pty Ltd. The resource estimates in are in accordance with standard petroleum engineering techniques and using the March 2007 SPE/WPC/AAPG/SPEE Petroleum Resources Management System (PRMS).
