Trinity Accommodation Regional Hospitality Fund Annual Update 2016; >$13M Raised & New Acquisitions

Trinity Accommodation Regional Hospitality Fund (TARHF) invests in Australian regional hospitality assets outside of the main capital cities. Listed below is some of TARHS achievements during 2016;

  • Raised more than $13m of new equity and has acquired new motels in Yass, Launceston and Batemans Bay with another to be announced shortly.
  • Purchase regional motels, add value by undertaking capex, marketing and cost control, and hold for yield and capital growth.
  • TARHF distributed more than 11%.

In that TARHF believes they have a bright outlook and look forward to 2017!
