Initial Public Offering
Tesserent Limited listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 15 February 2016 trading under the ASX code TNT.
The Initial Public Offering (IPO) comprised an offer to issue 35 million new shares by the Company, raising $7,000,000.
Principal Activities
Tesserent provides Internet Security-as-a-Service to a wide range of Australian and International customers, including education providers, corporate enterprises, and government customers. Security-as-a-Service packages security services for a customer’s computer infrastructure, including firewall, authentication, anti-virus, anti-malware/spyware, intrusion detection, and security event management, amongst other services.
