US Residential Fund Dividend & Distribution Reinvestment Plan Summary

The DRP price with respect to the distribution for the quarter ending 30 June 2016 is 57 cents. The DRP price is the average daily volume weighted average of US Residential Fund stapled securities traded on the ASX over the period 15 trading days ending on 23 June 2016, less a discount of 2.5%.
The new stapled securities issued under the DRP will rank with existing stapled securities. The DRP stapled securities issued will be issued on the distribution payment date of 7 October 2016.
