Immuron Appoints Stewart Washer as a Non-Exec Director

Melbourne, Australia, 8 February 2012: Australian biopharmaceutical company Immuron Limited (ASX: IMC) has appointed Dr Stewart Washer as non-executive director. This appointment continues Immuron’s transformation to a commercially focused company.
Dr Washer is currently the investment manager with IB Managers, a highly successful biotechnology fund in clinical stage Australian biotech companies. He is also a non-executive director of Healthlinx ltd (ASX:HTX), a venture partner with Nestle’s Inventages Fund.
