Latin Commences OTCQX Trading in the USA

Latin Resources Limited (“Latin” or “the Company”) (ASX: LRS OTCQX: LNRDY) is pleased to announce that it is now quoted on the OTCQX platform of the US OTC Marketplace under the ticket LNRDY, and has established an American Depository receipt (“ADR”) Program, with The Bank of the New York Mellon (BNYM) appointed as the Depository Bank to establish the ADR facility and act as its authorized US representative and Depository Bank.
