Fortis Mining Limited (FMJ)- ASX Announcement Agreement Reached on Kazakhstan Projects

FMJ is pleased to advise that it has reached agreement with all the relevant parties in relation to the acquisition of the Zhilyanskoe and Chelkar projects in Kazakhstan.
The agreement includes the resolution of the dispute which was the subject of Kazakhstan arbitration as announced to ASX under the Headline of “Status of Acquisition of Kazakhstan Projects” on 9 January 2012. FMJ has now been advised by the Kazakhstan vendors that they have withdrawn from the Kazakhstan arbitration.
