AnaeCo Sindicatum Pte Ltd – Update

AnaeCo and Sindicatum Sustainable Resources (SSR) announced on 6 September 2011, the formation of a joint-venture company to roll out DiCOM, AnaeCo’s patented technology, to the key regional markets of Asia, targeting China, India, South East Asia and North East Asia. The joint-venture company was granted four exclusive licenses, one for each of these four regional markets.
AnaeCo and SSR are pleased to announce that they have jointly agreed to work
cooperatively, and on a non-exclusive basis, toward promoting DiCOM in a variety of geographies that would include Asian regional markets as well as other geographies, beyond Asia.
