Commercialisation of DiCOM™ in China

AnaeCo announces it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) with Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. (“Dynagreen”) a subsidiary of Beijing State-Owned Assets Management Co., LTD (BSAM) with the intention of forming a collaborative relationship for the commercial exploitation of AnaeCo’s DiCOM™ technology in China and overseas.
AnaeCo, BSAM and Dynagreen will work towards creating a framework for potential future commercial operations, initially in China and later overseas. The commercial framework will include terms upon which AnaeCo shall provide technology transfer and licensing rights to exploit the DiCOM™ technology, and terms upon which Dynagreen will roll out the network and capabilities of DiCOM™ across China.
