VOCUS Communications Limited Announces Institutional Equity Placement And Share Purchase Plan

VOCUS Communications Limited announced that it has launched a fully underwritten placement of approximately 9.15 million new VOC shares to raise approximately AUD 14.9 million of additional capital (Placement). The funds raised from the Placement will be used to fund the Company’s growth strategy and provide working capital. The Placement is being offered to institutional and sophisticated investors in certain jurisdictions at a fixed price of AUD 1.63 per share (Placement Price). Following completion of the Placement, it intends to offer eligible Australian and New Zealand shareholders an opportunity to participate in a non-underwritten share purchase plan (SPP). The SPP will offer shareholders the opportunity to subscribe for up to AUD 15,000 worth of VOC shares at the Placement price.
