MOU with Bioverse Energy for potential DiCOM™ Facility in Western Australia

AnaeCo Limited and Bioverse Energy (“Bioverse”) have signed a MOU to cooperatively explore the implementation of AnaeCo’s DiCOM™ Alternative Waste Technology (AWT) at a suitable site in Western Australia.
Under the terms of the MOU the parties will consider the technical and commercial feasibility of deploying AnaeCo’s patented DiCOM™ solution, under licence, at a site to be selected by Bioverse. The waste facility under consideration will be owned and operated by Bioverse. It will offer a sustainable solution for the continuous growth in Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) to local government and commercial entities in Western Australia. Bioverse has proposed the AnaeCo solution as the core part of their offering for City of Rockingham EOI, submitted on 26 September 2012. The solution will leverage the design principles of the existing DiCOM™ system at Shenton Park with differences in scale being facilitated by the modular expansion capability of AnaeCo’s solution.
