Gold Anomaly Ltd Closes Non-Renounceable Rights Issue

Gold Anomaly Ltd announced that its two for three non-renounceable rights issue closed on November 12, 2012. Under the rights issue the Company sought to raise up to AUD 3,745,558.22 from eligible shareholders. Application funds totaling AUD 3,671,331.10 were received and therefore the issue was undersubscribed by AUD 74,227.12. As the rights issue was underwritten as to AUD 2,778,892 the Company will look to the underwriter of the rights issue to account for the undersubscribed amount.
