Relivit has filled Round 1 of its capital raising, achieving $400,000 of investment in the five week campaign.
The funds raised will be used to achieve the company’s immediate objectives including securing more commercial waste supply under contracts and selecting the preferred site for the Relivit plant in NSW.
Gareth Williamson, Managing Director of Relivit Holdings Ltd said, “We are encouraged that we have been able to fill Round 1 so quickly and that new investors have joined with the current investors to provide this capital. We have had a good response so far from potential investors and are looking forward to converting that interest into investment decisions in the coming weeks, as we enter Round 2.”
