Qanda Technology Ltd (Qanda or the Company) is pleased to announce that it has completed negotiations in respect of and is in the process of completing execution of an implementation agreement, under which it will acquire a 100% interest in Drive My Car Rentals Pty Ltd (DMCR) which owns the dmcr business and assets (the Acquisition).
