STARIN Offers Incentive of Distribution During Construction

As the project has come to an important stage with the start of the construction and the announcement of the anticipated DA approval in March, investment in the Fund at this stage will be beneficial for investors regarding accelerated capital growth.

Starin is offering investors the incentive of distribution during construction if they invest now. The details are:

  • Distribution during construction: Tax-Deferred Distribution of 5% per annum on unit price of $0.38 on 30/06/2016. Subsequent Tax-Deferred Distribution at determined unit price.
  • Anticipated capital growth of 50% at completion.
  • Anticipated annual return of 12% during operations.
  • Raising $10 million.
  • Closing date: 30/05/2016 or earlier.
