SWAN Systems partnering with Elders

SWAN Systems is delighted to announce the formalisation of a resell partnership with Australia’s largest agricultural merchandiser, Elders Rural Limited. The inclusion of Elders as a sales channel partner will create enormous reach for the sale of the SWAN platform, benefiting both future and current irrigators.

“Joining forces with Elders will provide SWAN Systems with a large distribution network and facilitate maximum penetration across our key market segments of agriculture and horticulture,” said Tim Hyde, CEO of SWAN Systems.

“It will also allow us to provide more accurate and relevant information to our current users; the more data that we can obtain, the more we can refine our algorithms to offer the most concise recommendations to irrigators.”

Noel Jansz, an Elders Agronomist leading the on-ground integration with SWAN, agreed with Tim’s sentiments. “The partnership with SWAN Systems is part of the Elder’s Farm services group’s commitment to adopting fresh technology to maximise farm efficiency and profitability. If you are not analysing temperatures, evaporation and crop growth factors, you simply aren’t allowing yourself to maximise the quality and quantity of your yields,” Mr Jansz commented.

SWAN Systems is a market leader in water and nutrient management software. Taking the data from existing farm sensors such as flow meters, soil moisture probes and weather stations to provide information about future irrigation needs, it provides insights relevant to the unique characteristics of any given site.

SWAN Systems is committed to providing cutting edge solutions to all large-scale water users, delivering economic benefits as well as environmental and social license outcomes. As a hardware agnostic platform, it is globally relevant across many different business types, use cases and community groups.

About SWAN Systems

SWAN Systems is a uniquely hardware agnostic water management platform that is changing the way irrigation is managed. Like Xero to accounting, SWAN is to water management as it enables the creation of budgets, the issuing of reports and the generation of precision data to inform on optimal water and nutrient applications. It is adaptable across all business systems as it captures and processes data from a wide range of devices regardless of the type of irrigation controller, weather station or soil moisture probe in use. It is disrupting current limitations on software that only works with proprietary hardware. This simplifies investment decisions and enables the roll-out across different farms in multiple locations.

The asset class where the market has no vote

Litigation funding returns are decided in a courtroom, not a cycle. Knightsbridge’s Head of Capital is careful to call that a different risk rather than a lower one, and his answer to it is spread, not concentration. Most alternative assets still answer to something. Property answers to rates. Private credit answers to defaults. Even the […]

The listing fee vendors pay whether the house sells or not

Australia’s property portals collect more than $2 billion a year while national listings sit flat. An Australian-built AI platform is targeting the economics, not just the interface. An Australian vendor listing a home pays a vendor-paid advertising fee on top of agency commission. Rama Dwarapudi, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RealSearch, puts a typical […]
