Dovetail Signs Experienced Childcare Operating Group After Attracting National Interest

Dovetail’s Aspendale Childcare project has made significant progress, obtaining an executed Head of Agreement with an experienced childcare operating group at the beginning of the year. This agreement is an important milestone for the project as it signifies the commercial viability of the childcare centre being developed. It’s also a particularly notable vote of confidence given the proven track-record of the established childcare operating group involved.

Further progress has been achieved as demolition works have also commenced on-site in preparation for construction works to begin in March 2020.
