Double-digit return for mortgage investment fund

Funds manager, Active Property Group, has announced an annualised return of 10.45% (2.61% for the December quarter) for its pooled mortgage fund, an outstanding result considering the low interest rate environment.
The fund has delivered the following return to investors in the past three years:
FY 2017: 14.57% Annualised Return
FY 2018: 12.21% Annualised Return
FY 2019: 12.36% Annualised Return
