This September 2019, TUDI has featured in Yahoo! Finance as their new technology is assisting investors by providing another tool to research when and where is best to invest. It is helping to provide investors with suburbs of interest to monitor as potential investing hot spots.

Since its inception in 2017, TUDI’s virtual portfolio has seen an overall ROI of 33%. Even its co-founders are cashing in on its success. Co-founders Julien Mougenot and Joseph Amoia purchased property in Moranbah in 2017 via information provided by TUDI. Fast forward to 2019 and the property has grown in value by 56% and the algorithm indicating it is a good time to sell.

The tool works off the simple premise of supply and demand, focusing on five key metrics including supply and demand, seller confidence and rental yield. It highlights where to buy by identifying suburbs with potential to outperform the market, but also indicates the best time to buy and sell.
