Australia’s first specialist Real Estate Technology Fund Oversubscribed

PieLAB Venture Partners, led by prominent Australian entrepreneur and real estate industry thought leader Chris Rolls, has officially closed the Real Estate Industry Venture Capital Fund to further investment.

The Real Estate Industry Venture Capital Fund is PieLAB Venture Partner’s first fund has closed over-subscribed.

With investors representing over 50 real estate brands – and 250 businesses – in the Australian residential real estate market, the strategic fund is Australia’s first and only real estate technology focused fund.

The fund currently has investments in four Australian founded companies, and the PieLAB team are actively looking for well led, high growth businesses attacking large markets to fill the portfolio.
