Bhumi will be launching an equity crowdfunding campaign this year.

The company are working closely with Birchal, a new equity crowdfunding platform connecting brands with investors, to initiate the campaign.

Co-Founder, Dushyant, said: “It’s time for us to revisit the capital raise activity which we had started and were close to completing, but did not end up closing on the Convertible Note last year.”

The Birchal platform makes the actual review of the offer and subsequent transaction easier for the investors.
